1733 (62) Tuesday of August next then and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use of a Certain Rob.t Bolton Unless the said Rob.t Holland by himself or his Attorney shall Appear and Answer unto the said Rob.t Bolton in a plea of Trespass upon the Case &c.a According to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of Your Balywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you make know the same Attachment that he she or they be and appear before our Justices of our County Court to be held as aforesaid to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same Good Chattles Rights or Credits so Attached in his her or their hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provid'd if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the day and place afs.d and have you then and there this writt Wittness Rob.t King Gent Chief Justice of our said Court the Twenty fifth day of June In the Ninteenth Year of our Dom &a Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty Three Att which said Third Tuesday of August to witt the Twenty first Day of the Same Month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three being the Day of the return of the said writt Came the afores.d Robt Bolton by Francis Allen his Attorny and the sher of Som.rt County to whom the foregoing writt was Directed Likewise Comes and makes Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following viz.t By Virtue of the within writt to me Directed to the Justices of Somerset County Court that on the Twentyeth day of July one thousand seven hundred and thirty three I do Certifie that I have Attached of the Goods and Chattles of Rob.t Holland in the Hands of George Howard and for the Use of Rob.t Bolton to the Value of one thousand pounds of Tobacco and before Joshua Merrill and John Doe Good and Lawfull men of my Balywick I have made known to the afores.d George Howard ^that he^ be and Appear at the time and place appointed to shew &c.a and furder I Certifie that I have attached of the Goods and Chattles of the aforesaid Rob.t Holland to the Value of Twelve pounds Ninteen Shillings and three pence as by a Sheddul to the afs.d Writt Annexed as by the within writt I am Command'd so answers Jos Caldwell sher A Scedull of the Goods and Chattles of Robt Holland Taken by Attachment for the use of Robt Bolton and Appraised by Us the |
