59 afterwards herein Court Came the Said sherr and made Return that he had Sumoned the Said John White that he Immediately appear herein Court to answer the petition afd and Whereupon the afd John White in his proper person Came hereinto Court and the petitioner being present and thereupon all and Singular the premises by the Court here being seen and the severall allegations as well on the part of the afd John White as on the part of the sd petitioner being heard and Mature deliberation thereupon had It is therefore Considered by the Justices here that the afd ^John^ White pay unto the afd William Conner All his freedom dues allowed by act of assembly in Such Case made and provided as by the petitioner afd is praid &a
appearance at november Court next to answer on Suspicion of felony as afd &a Thereupon the said Richard Swift with David Wilson of Somerset Gent his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied If it Happen that the afd Richard Swift do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Cort of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November next and do not then and there answer unto his said Lordship of and Concerning his being Suspected to have feloniously taken the goods of the afd William Dolkin, and do not stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereupon and do depart the Same Court without Leave thereof and in the mean time if he be not of the good behaviour towards his Said Lordship and all his good people then &a
