to give new Recognizance for appearance at next Court for to give Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship
against the afd Elizabeth Game &a

             Whereupon the afd Sarah White present herein Court in her proper person acknowledged
herselfe to Owe and be Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in the sum of
five pounds Sterling of her goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors to be made and Levied   If it Happen that the afd Sarah White do not make
her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be
held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next and do not then and there give Such Evidence
as she shall know against Eliza Game of and Concerning her being Suspected for the feloniously Stealing of
Certain Goods and Chattells belonging to Eliza Nicholson and do depart the Same Court without Leave thereof

next Court to give Evidence and prefer a bill of Indictment against the Said Eliza Game &a

aforesaid in Court Sitting the Humble petition of William Conner humbly Sheweth
    that whereas your petitioner hath faithfully Served John White at the point of Pocomoke
    River for the term of five years which true time of Servitude of your petitioners Expired
    the 28.th of June Last notwithstanding the Said White hath Refused to pay your petitioner
    his fredom dues as appointed by Law therefore your petitioner prays Reliefe in the
    premisses and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &a

          Thereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the Sherr of Somerset County Somons the said
    John White that he be and appear Immediately herein Court to answer the petition afd and
