 Elizabeth ^Games^ appears according to her Recognizance Entered into for her appearance at this
Court to answer unto her feloniously Stealing of Certain goods and Chattells belonging to a Certain Eliz.a
Nicholson and thereupon the Said Elizabeth Games prays that her appearance may be recorded and
she and her Security accordingly discharged   Whereupon the Said Eliza Games is ordered to give new Recognizance for her good
her security discharged &a    Thereupon the said Elizabeth Games is ordered to give new Recognizance for her good
behaviour and appearance at Next Court to answer &a

          Whereupon the said Elizabeth Games with Cannon Winwright of Somerset County planter her security both present
herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and be Indebted unto his Lordship the
Lord proprietary in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied  If it Happen that the afd Eliz.a
Games do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be
held at deviding Creek the third tuesday of November Next and do not then and there answer unto his Lordship
of and Concerning her being Suspected of the feloniously Stealing Certain goods and Chattells belonging to Elizabeth
Nicholson; and do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do depart without Leave of the Court and
in the Mean time if she is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship and all others his good people &a

         Fortune Games appears according to her Recognizance entered into for her appearance
at this Court to answer her being Suspected of the feloniously Stealing of Certain Goods and Chattells
                         belonging to Sarah White &a  and thereupon the said Fortune Games prays that her appearance may
be Recorded and she and her Security discharged &a  Whereupon the Said Fortune Game Appearance is Recorded and
she and her Security accordingly discharged &.a   Thereupon the said Fortune Game is ordered to give new Recognizance for
her appearance and Good behaviour at next Court &a
