58 be Indebted to his Lordship the proprietary of the province of Maryland in the Sum of five pounds Currant money of this province to be Levied on his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the Use of his said Lordship The Condition of which Recognizance is such that if Elizabeth Chambers be and appear at the next Ensuing Court held at dividing Creek on the third tuesday of June and then and there answer to all Such matters as shall be Offered to her in his Lordships behalfe Concerning the felony she Stands Charged with and not depart the Court without permission than this Recognizance to be void and of no Effect Otherwise to be in full force and Vertue in Law taken before me John Smith Whereupon the said John Collins altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the said Elizabeth Chambers according to the tenour of his Recogniza afd but makes default whereupon Att the prayer of the afd John Collins the Recognizance afd is Respitted by the Justices here untill next Court &a Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of august anno Dom One thousand seven hundred & thirty three Came againe the said John Collins; and thereupon the Recognizance aforesaid At the prayer of the afd John is Respitted by the Justices here untill next Court &a Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of November anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came againe the afd John Collins and thereupon the Recognizance afd is Respitted by the Justices here untill next Court &a Att which said next Court to witt the Twentieth day of March anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came againe the afd John Collins and thereupon the Recognizance afd is Respitted by the Justices here untill next Court &a Att which said next Court to witt the twentieth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three Came againe the afd John Collins and thereupon the Recognizance afd is Respitted by the Justices here untill next Court &a Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of august anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three the said John Collins altho' Solemnly Called Comes not nor brings in the said Elizabeth Chambers but makes default &a James Timmons appears according to his Recognizance for the good behaviour and was discharged &a Samuel Lawson appears according to his Recognizance taken to prosecute William Woodland and is discharged Thomas Roe appears according to his Recognizance to give Evidence against William Woodland and is discharged there from &a Richard Jones appears according to his Recognizance to give Evidence against William Woodland and is discharged there from &a James Walker appears according to his Recognizance for the good behaviour and he and his security accordingly discharged &a Thomas Tate appears according to his Recognizance for the Good Behaviour and is discharged &a |
