    here that Edward Rownd and Charles Rackliffe of Somerset County Gent Lay out and Order a Convenient Road for the
said William Richards to his plantation afd as by the petition afd is praid the said Road to be Laid Out of the Least
prejudice ^as may be^ to any persons whatsoever &a

Sarah Staples
 Sarah Staples appears according to her Recognizance Entered into for her appearance
at this Court to answer a presentment for fornication &.a    whereupon the said Sarah Stap^les^
is discharged from the Recognizance aforesaid and Ordered that she give new
          Recognizance for her appearance at November Court next to answer the presentment afd
with One Security in ten pounds Sterling Each

          Whereupon the said Sarah Staples with Francis Porter her security both present here in Court
in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord Propry
in ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and
Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied   If it happen
that the said Sarah Staples do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next and
do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning the presentment afd and do not stand and abide
the Judgment of the Court thereupon and do depart the same Court without Leave thereof &a

Andrew Thompson
 Andrew Thompson appears according to his Recognizance for his good behaviour and

appearance at this Court and he and his security is accordingly discharged from the
                            Same Recognizance &a   thereupon the said Andrew Thompson is ordered to give new Recognizance
for his good behaviour and appearance at November Court next with two Securitys &a
Whereupon the said Andrew Thompson with William Catlin and Edward Hull of Somerset County planters his
Securitys all present here in Court acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary
that is to Say the said Andrew Thompson in ten pounds Sterling and the said William Catlin
and Edward Hull in five pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
of Every of them to the use of the said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied
If it Happen that the said Andrew Thompson do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November Next And do not answer
unto his Said Lordship of Such matters as shall be Objected against him and do depart the Same Court
without Leave thereof and in the mean time if he is not of the good behaviour towards his said Lordship
