57 form afd he is Convict five pounds of tobacco and that the said Edmond Dickerson be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &.a
Oneal if &a to answer &a and afterwards to witt the Twenty first day of august anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty three before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset now sitting at dividing Creek Came the said Henry Oneal in his proper person and had a hearing of the presentment afd and being Instantly demanded how he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd says that of the premisses afd he is Guilty thereof and puts himselfe upon the favour of the Court Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the afd Henry Oneal pay unto his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine here upon him Imposed by Occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form afd he is Convict thirty shillings Currant Money toward the defraying of the County Charge and that the said Henry Oneal be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd and further the said Henry Oneal is ordered to give security for the payment of the severall Officers Fees due by occasion of the premisses afd thereupon Geo Dashiell of Somerset County Gent present herein Court in his proper person undertakes for the said Henry Oneal to pay the severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &a
so that its not passable to the feild of the said Richards he humbly prays that he may have an order for a road and as in duty bound shall ever pray Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that Subpena Issue against the said Robert Hodge for his appearance at August Court next for to answer the petition afd &a Att which said next Court to witt the Twenty first day of August anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the afd William Richards the petitioner as the afd Robert Hodge in their proper persons and whereupon all and Singular the premisses Considered and the severall allegations as well on the part of the petitioner as ye afd Robert Hodge ^being fully heard^ It's thereupon Ordered by the Court here |
