said Rachel White in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and
tenements to the use of the said Rachell White her heirs and assignes to be made and Levied if it Happen
that the afd Mary Stilley do not during the term of Servitude afd Learn her said apprentice
to Read well in the bible and to Knitt Sew and Spin and Other houswifery and do not LIkewise provide
for her said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing and all Other Necessarys sufficient
for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &a


    Ordered by the Court here that all the Male Taxables between Wickneys branch and the
the great bridge Over the head of Pocomoke River be added as Labourers to M.r Edmond
Hough Overseer of the Roads in the Indian Town &a


Stanton Adkins Appointed Overseer of the Roads in Boquetennorton Hundred and the
stead of Samuel Trewitt &a


Sambo a negro boy of John Gales is adjudged by the Court to the age of Fourteen Years &a


Charles Brandon a Servant Boy of Georg Bozman Jun.r Imported into this Country in the Ship
       called the Tryall Capt Sinners Commander of said Ship is adjudged by the Court to the
age of Fourteen Years this term &.a


Jenny a negro Girle of George Bozmans Jun.r is adjudged by the Court to the age of Twelve Years
this term &a


Upon the petition of Charles Ballard Overseer of the Roads down the Neck between
Wickacomoco and Manny for to have all the Male Taxables added to him that Lives on the
South side of the said Neck (to witt) Thomas Durhams, Thomas Covington John Dorman, John
Leatherbury and Henry Dormans Familys which is to him Granted and it is ordered by the
Court that the said Charles Ballard by Overseer of the roads as formerly and that he Clear further
the Road that Leads up the Middle of the Neck afd and that he keep the witch bridge in
good Repair &a


Sam Jarvis a molatto boy born of a Certain Mollatto Woman Named Moll Jarvice
aged about Six months is sold by the Court according to act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided unto M.rs Alice Ellis her heirs and assignes untill he arrives at the age of
thirty One years         In Consideration of which sale and Service William Stoughton of
Somerset County Gent present here in Court undertakes and promiseth on behalfe of the afd Alice Ellis
to pay to the Use of the County afd five hundred pounds of tobacco at ye next Levey Court she not to be
allowed any thing for keeping of ye afd Molatto Boy for the time part &a
