the Road into the former place and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                the petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
wherefore it is Considered that the former Road which did Land doing Synapuckson Neck and now a division of the
Lands Between John Purnall Jun.r and the Said Richard Holland, and Charles Rackliffe and Thomas Predix be now
Cleared by William Waltom and Isaac Marshall overseers of the Road down the said Neck and that the other Road
that was since Cleared be stopt &a

      To the Worshipfull the Justices now in Court Sitting the humble petition of Hugh
Nelson sheweth that whereas your petitioner hath a tract of Land Called Poplar Hill
             now in his possession and being desireous to have the bounders perpetuated beggs that your
worships will appoint Such persons as you shall think proper to Examine Evidences in relation to the
afd Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

            The petitioner afd being Read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission
Issue to the afd Hugh Nelson as by the petition afd is praid and that James Martin Edward Rownd
John Scarbrough and Adam Spence Jun.r all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the
same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &a

 Rachel White a poor Child that hath neither father and mother to take Care of her is
bound by the Court unto Mary Stilley of Somerset County untill she arrives at the age of
Sixteen Years the said Rachell White being four years old the fourteenth day of may Last
                   the said Rachell White to Serve her said Mistress the full term afd during which term the said
Rachell White her said Mistress well and faithfully shall serve her secrets keep her Commandments Lawfully
and Honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull Servant shall demean
herselfe towards her said Master Mistress and all hers during the term afd &a

          In consideration of which Service the said Mary Stilley present here in Court in her proper
person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sittnig on behalfe
of the said Rachal White that she the said Mary Stilley during the term afd will Learn her said apprentice
to Read well in the bible and Knitt Sew and Spin and other houswifery and Likewise find and provide
for her said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing and all Other Necessarys sufficient
for Such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &z

            Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Mary Stilley give Security for to Comply
with the Covenants afd &a   Thereupon the said Mary Stilley with John Dennis Jun.r her Security
both present herein Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
