the Overseer Mr Robert Collier Can inform the Court your petitioner therefore prays the Court
to take it into Consideration and Order the said Road to be turned if it shall seem meet to you
and as in duty bound shall pray                     The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood
and mature deliberation thereupon had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the afd Henry Dashiell turn the Road according to the direction of Robert Collier the overseer
of the Same Road and that the same ^new^ Road be first made passable and good according to the direction
of ye same Robert Collier &.a


Jenny a negro Girle of Sarah Stewarts is adjudged by the Court to be of the afd Six Years of age
this term &a
                      Sandy a negro Boy of Thomas Purnall is adjudged by the Court to the age
of Fourteen Years this term &.a

Samuel Wheler at the prayer of Mr William Planner is adjudged by the Court to be tax free
he being antient and Infirm &.a

To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court Sitting the Humble petn
of Anthony Bell Sen.r sheweth         that whereas your petitioner hath now two old
                      negroes Called Robin and Cate who are aged feeble and not Capable to doe much Labour
    your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your worships will Grant an Order that the said
    Negroes may be deemed as Tax free and your petitioner as in duty bound shall Ever pray

          The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered
    that the afd Anthony Bell be discharged from paying of taxes for the afd Negro Robin
    and Cate as by the petition afd is praid &a

                         To his Lordship Worshipfull Court now Sitting the petition of
Richard Holland Humbly prayeth
                                                                               That Whereas your petitioner hath purchased part
    of a tract of Land formerly belonging to M.r Edward Wale and by his Last will and testament
    did divide the uppermost part of ye said tract between two of his sons John and Nathaniel
    the Road that directeth out of Synapuckson neck to be the division Between them and Since
    the death of M.r Edward Wale the Road hath been turned in another place through the middle of
    that part given unto Nath.ll which your petitioner now doth possess and in process of
    time we shall not know where the bounds of Our Lands is therefore your petitioner humbly
    prayeth that your worships would take it in due Consideration and Grant an order for the returning
