54 Upon the motion of Henry Ballard Eyockco a negro woman of Richard Chambers is sett tax free by the court for the future &a Upon the Motion of Henry Ballard Jack a negro Man of Elianor Ballard is set Tax free for the future by the Court &a Toby a negro boy of George Howard's is adjudged by the Court to be Eight Years of age this term &.a Peter a negro boy of David Polks is adjudged by the Court to be nine Years of age this term &a Adam a negro boy of Thomas Robinson is adjudged by the Court to be seven years of age this term Dick a negro boy of Philip Adams is adjudged by the Court to Nine Years of age this term &a Rose a negro Girle of William Cox is adjudged by the Court to Eleven Years of age this term &a
Long as his Guardian &.a Whereupon it is ordered that Samuel Long of Somerset County planter (who hath the Estate of the Said Sewel Long in his possession) deliver upon unto the afd Jeffry Long Guardian as afd all the Estate personall of the said Sewell Long that he hath in his hands peacably and quietly and further it is ordered that the said Jeffry Long the Guardian afd Receive the Same Estate and give Security to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a Thereupon the said Jeffry Long with Daniel Long sen.r and Samuel Long of Marumsco his security both of Somerset County planters all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to be indebted unto the said Sewel Long in the Sum of One hundred pounds Sterling of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and severally to the use of the said Sewell Long his heirs and assignes to be made and Levied If it Happen that the afd Jeffry Long do not Comply with the Laws in Relation to the Guardianship afd and do not deliver up unto the said Sewel Long his heirs and assignes all his Estate personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly whenever the same shall be Legally Required &a Franck a negro Boy of William Turpins son of Jn.o is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eight Years this term &a |
