Governour of our said province of Maryland this thirtieth day of July in the 19 Year of our dominion &a anno Dom

                      On the Back side of the foregoeing Commission it was Endorsed as Followeth Vizt

                      Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon
Lord Baron of Baltemore &.a To John Smith of Bal.t Hundred William Stoughton John McClester John Scott Jams
Martin William Lane and Thomas Williams of Somerset County Gent Greeting we do hereby authorize and Impower
you or Either of you to administer the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly as also the oath of Judge
or Justice to Charles Calvert, John Hall, Richard Tilghman, Mathew Tilghman Ward John Rousby Benjamin Tasker
Philip Lee, John Rider, Michael Howard George Plater Edmond Jenings Esq.rs and Robert King John Handy
James Dashiell Henry Ballard David Wilson Edward Rownd Charles Rackliffe of the Same County Gent or any
of them and you the said Charles Calvert John Hall, Richard Tilghman, Mathew Tilghman Ward John Rousby Benja
Tasker, Philip Lee, John Rider, Michael Howard, George Plater Edmond Jennings Robert King, John Handy
James Dashiell Henry Ballard David Wilson Edward Rownd and Charles Rackliffe or any of you having taken
the said Oaths are hereby Impowred to administer the same to the Justices and Commissioners Respectively
as they are Nominated in the within Commission and we will that you and Every of you having taken the
said Oaths do severally subscribe the test and Oath of abjuration and for so doing this shall be your
sufficient warrant and authority hereof fail not and when you have the same so done you are to Certifie the
same under your hands and seales to us in our high Court of Chancery with all Convenient Speed Wittness
Our trusty and well beloved Samuel Ogle Esq.r Lieutenant Generall and Chiefe Governour of our said
province of Maryland this thirtieth day of July in the 19th Year of our dominion &a anno Dom 1733

    Which being Read and heard thereupon the said John Smith William Stoughton John McClester  John Scott
James Martin William Lane and Thomas Williams of Somerset County Gent pursuant to the dedimus to ym
directed adminstred the Severall Oaths appointed by act of assembly to be taken to the Government with
the Oath of Justice to Robert King John Handy James Dashiell Henry Ballard David Wilson Edward
Rownd and Charles Rackliffe of the Same County Gent who severally take the Same and Subscribe the oath
of Abjuration and Test and take their places as followeth and afterwards the Same Robert King, John Handy
James Dashiell Henry Ballard David Wilson Edward Rownd and Charles Rackliffe administred the same oaths
unto John Smith, William Stoughton John Scott William Lane James Martin and Thomas WIlliams who several
take ye same Oaths and Subscribe the Oath of Abjuration and test and take their places as followeth viz.t
