(45) Chattles of the afores.d Darby M.cCarty towards Satisfying unto the said William Lane his Debt and all Costs and Charges Accrewing upon the writt of Attachment afs.d and that the Said William Lane have thereof Execution &c.a
The above writts were Returned Cepi by the sher of Somerset County to June Court Anno Dom 1733 and were Entered agreed The following actions were Entered agreed on the Tryall dockett for June Court Anno Dom 1733
before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the same John by the afd Benjamin made and not performed and that he should have the same tobacco before the Justices of the County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the same County the third tuesday of June then next to Satisfie the afd John of the damages afd whereof he was Convict &.c And afterwards to witt the third tuesday of June anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came the said John Purnall by Francis Allen his attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Comes and makes Return thereof as followeth in these words following viz.t that he had made of the goods and Chattells of Benjamin Sharpe to the value of Eleven hundred and fifty ^three^ pounds of tobacco as appears by a Schedue thereof A |
