Mills Robert Mills and Thomas Mills Orphans of Robert Mills dec.d in the full and Just Sum of two hundred and Twenty Seven pounds Seven shillings Currant money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Moses Mills Smith Mills, Elizabeth Mills, Catherine Mills, Alexander Mills Robert Mills and Thomas Mills their heirs Executors administrators or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our heirs Executors and adm.rs in and for the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with Our Seales and dated this 21.st day of June Anno Dom 1733 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the accompt of the Estate of Robert Mills dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans the Sum of One hundred and thirteen pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence Currant money If therefore the abovesaid Mary Mills her heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named Moses Mills, Smith Mills, Elizabeth Mills Catherine Mills Alexander Mills, Rob.t Mills and Thomas Mills their heirs or assignes the afd Sum of One hundred and thirteen pounds thirteen shillings and Six pence to be paid them in Equall parts or portions according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided when they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same then the above Obligation to be void and of None Effect Otherwise to stand and Remain in full force power and virtue in Law &c her Sealed and delivered Mary M Mills (seal) in ye presence of us marke W.m Stoughton his John Henry John J Webb (seal) marke William Mills (seal) Upon the petition of Severall the Inhabitants about Snow Hill to have a road Erected from Samuel Popes to ye said Snow Hill &.a Ruld by the Court that Mr James Martin and ^Mr^ William Lane Lay out a road from ye said Samuel Popes to Snow Hill the Nearest way and the Least of prejudice to any person &c Ordered that Henry Ballard and David Polk Lay out ^and order the Clearing of^ a road the Nearest and Least of prejudice to any person or persons from the Back Inhabitants or the pocosons to the head of Monocan and to open a road between Wm Grays and Thomas Browns plantation in the pocosons aforesaid &c Ordered by the Court here that Joshua Sturges have an Order on Jos Caldwell high sher of Somerset County for One thousand pounds of tobacco he bringing the best peice of Linnen ^to June Cort^ according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c |
