(39) Joshua Sturges the said three hundred pounds of tobacco and fourteen shillings in Cash and the Costs thereof as aforesaid Recovered against him with the additional Costs thereon on the tenth day of february next Jno Scott taken before us this 25th of June 1733 Somerset ss By Somerset County Court Octob.r 8 1731 Ordered that Mess.rs Robert King, David Wilson and Thomas Williams or any two of them view a new Road that Majn William Planner hath Cleared and ditched and se if it be good and passable and they or any two of them to make their Report to the said County Court of Somerset On the Back side of the foregoing Order it was thus Endorsed; this is to Certifie that we the Subscribers have viewed the within Road and think it is as good and passable as the Old Road as wittness our hands June ye 1.st 1733 David Wilson Thomas Williams Upon the Mocon of James Dashiell to the Justices of Somerset County at a Court held in November Anno 1730 for the moving of a road which went near his plantation it was ordered that the said Road be moved according to the direction of me the Subscriber whereupon I Caused the said Road to be Cleared from the head of Tipquin to a branch Called the deep branch and that it is Nearer than the former Road June Court Ann Dom 1733 Certified to the worshipfull Court by me Jn.o MccClester
Sum of One hundred and five pounds two shillings Currant money to be paid unto the said Richard Stephen and Esther Tull their heirs Executors Administrators or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind Our Selves and either of our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with Our Seal and dated the 20.th day of June ann.o Dom 1733 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Gen.ll hath Transmitted into this Court the accompt of the estate of John Tull dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of fifty two pounds Eleven shillings Currant money If therefore the abovesaid John Tull his heirs Executors or administrators shall and do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named Richard Tull Stephen Tull and Esther Tull the afd Sum of fifty two pounds Eleven shillings to be paid them according to the dec.d will and the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided when they Shall arrive at full age to Receive the Same then the above Obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise to stand and Remain in full force and virtue in Law &c John Tull (seal) Signed Sealed and delivered In presents of George Benston (seal) William Stoughton John Handy Willm Wharton (seal) |
