          Att Which said Next Court to Witt the Twenty first Day of November
       Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well
       the aforesaid Joshua Caldwell as the aforesaid Alexander Draper by their
       Attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said Alexander prays further Leave
       thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day
       is Given to the aforesaid Ale Joshua here also &c
                                                                                  Att which said Next Court
       to witt the Twentieth day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven
       hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesaid Joshua Caldwell as
       the aforesaid Alexander Draper by their attorneys aforesaid and thereupon
       the said Alex.r prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next
       Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the afores.d Joshua here
       also &c
                         Att which said next Court to witt the Nineteenth day of
       June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came
       again as well the aforesaid Joshua Caldwell as the afores.d Alexander
       Draper by their attorneys afs.d and thereupon the said Alexander as
       before Defends the force and Injury when &.c and saith that he of the
       premisses aforesaid upon him Imposed is not Guilty in Manner
       and form as the said Joshua above against him hath Complained and of this
       he puts himself upon the Country &.c  thereupon the aforesaid Alexander
       Relinquisheth his Verification afs.d by him above alledged says that he
       Cannot Gainsay the Accon afs.d of the afores.d Joshua nor but that he did assume
       upon himself in Manner and form as the afores.d Joshua above agst
       him Complained and as to the Damages of the same Joshua by him
       by Occasion of the premisses in that part sustained the same Alexander
       saith and Confesseth that the afs.d Joshua sustained Damages by occasion
       of the premisses beyond his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in
       that part apposed to three pounds seven shills Currt mony of Maryl.d
       and Not More and because the afores.d Joshua Denys not this but the
       same allegation Confesseth to be true prays Judgmt & those Damages
       above Confessed together with his Costs and Charges afs.d to him adjudged &c.a
       Therefore by Consent of the parties afs.d it is Considered that the afs.d Joshua
       Caldwell Recover against the afores.d Alexander Draper his Damages afs.d
       to the afores.d three pounds seven shills Curt mony of Maryland by the same
fasit        211   Alexander in form afores.d Confessed as also four hundred & Sixty Two
Caldwell 251   pounds of Tob.o for his Costs and Charges afores.d to the same Joshua at his
              462    Request by the Court here and Consent of the parties afs.d adjudged and
       the fors.d Alexander in Mercy &c
