    And the same Day is Given to the aforesaid George here also &c
                                                                                                    Att which said next
    Court to witt the Twenty first day of November Anno Dom one thousand
    seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesaid George Martin
    as the aforesaid James Lindow by their Attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said
    James prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he
    hath itt and the same Day is Given to the aforesaid George here also &c

    Next Court to witt the Twentyth day of March anno Dom one thousand seven
    hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesaid George Martin as the
    aforesaid James Lindow by their attorneys afsd and thereupon the said James
    prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill Next Court  And he hath
    it and the same day is Given to the aforesaid George here also &c

          Att which said Next Court to witt the Nineteenth Day of June Anno Dom
    seventeen hundred and thirty three Came again as well the aforesaid George
    Martin as the afores'd James Lindow by their attorneys afsd and the same
    George Martin By his said Attorney prays that the aforesd James Lindow to
    his Declaration aforesaid may answer &c         But you the same attry
    of the aforesd James Lindow says that he is not Informed by the same James
    his Clyant of any Answer for the same James to the aforesd George in the plea
    aforesaid to be Given and Nothing Else thereof says by which the same
    George Remaineth against the aforesd James thereof Undefended
    for which the same George his Damages by Occasion of the Non prformance
    of the promise and assumption aforesaid against the aforesaid James ought
    to Recover  But because it is not known what Damages the same George
    has sustained by occasion of the Non prformance of the promise and assumption
    aforsd                         Therefore it is Comand'd the Sher of Som.rst County that by
    the Oath of Honest and Lawfull men of his Balywick he Diligently
    Enquire what Damages the aforesd George has sustained as well by
    occasion of the Non prformance of the promise and assumption aforesaid
    as for his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed
    and the Inquisition which thereupon he takes to the Justices of his Lordps
    County Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek in the County afsd the
    Third Tuesday of August next under his seal and the seals of them by
    whose oath he takes the same Inquisition he send together with his
    said Lordships writt thereof to him Directed
