Whereupon the afsd James Lindow prsent
here in Court in his proper person at the
prayer of the aforesd Geo Martin by his
Attorney aforesaid is Adjudged to Give Special
Bail to the action aforesaid thereupon
a Certain Levin Gale of Somerset County
Gentleman present here in Court in his
proper person assumed upon himself and did undertake for the same James
Lindow that if in Case the said George Martin should Recover Judgment in the
plea aforesaid against the said James Lindow or that the said James Lindow
should be therein Convict that then ^he^ the said James Lindow shall pay the Condemnation of
the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the ^Custody of^ sher of Somerset County in satisfaction
thereof or that he the said Levin Gale will do it for him &c
                                                                                        Thereupon the said James
Lindow by Levin Gale his attorney Comes and Defends the force and Injury when
&c.a and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the
same day is Given to the said George Martin here also &c.a
                                                                                           Att which said Next Court
to witt the Twentyth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and
thirty two Came againe as well the aforesaid George Martin as the aforesd James
Lindow by their attorneys afsd and thereupon the said James prays further Leave
thereof to Imparle here untill Next Court and he hath it and the same day is
Given to the aforesd George here also &c
                                                                   Att which said Next Court to witt the Tw
fifteenth day of August Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two
Came again as well the aforesaid George Martin as the aforesaid James Lindow
by their Attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said James prays further
Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the Next Court and he hath it
