whereupon the said Daniel Kinnigan  is ordered to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees
due upon the recognizance but for want thereof the said Daniel Kinnigan is Committed into the Custody of the
Sheriff of Somerset County thereto remain &a  the said sher to witt Joseph MaClester Gent present here in Court took
Charge of the said Daniel Kinnigan accordingly &a

John Hendry appears according to his recognizance for the good behaviour and he and his security is discharged
therefrom &a

Thomas Collins appears according to his recognizance for the good behaviour and he and his security is
discharged therefrom &a

Benjamin Langford appears here in  Court to his recognizance for the good behaviour and he and
his Security is accordingly discharged &a

John Tull of annsex annamessex appears here in Court to his recognizance for the good behaviour
and he and his security is accordingly discharged &a

Mary Trueman appears here in Court to her recognizance for the good behaviour and thereupon she
and her securitys are accordingly discharged &.a  whereupon the said Mary Trueman is ordered to give
Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses upon the
Recognizance afd thereupon a Certain Robert Boyer of Somerset County planter undertook for the
said Mary Trueman for to pay the Severall Officers Fees ^due^ as afd &a

 Somerset County ss  The Jurors for the right honourable the Lord proprietary that now is for
the body of Somerset County afd upon their Oath do present that Betty Neasom late of
Stepney parish in the County afd Spinster the sixth day of december in the Year
of Our Lord God seventeen hundred thirty and Four at the parish afd in the County afd within the
Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication with a Certain Jacob Messick Jun.r and did
permitt the same Jacob Messick then and there to have Carnall Knowledge of her body and to
begett then and there a bastard Child on the body of her the Same Betty Neasom to the high displeasure
of almighty God to the Evill Example of all others in such Case offending Contrary to the peace
of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and Government and against the form of
the act of assembly in such Case Lately made and provided &a
Test   Mitchell Dashiell      On the backside of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was Endorsed as
Followeth viz.t   Billa vera   Robt Jones Foreman

          Thereupon Command was given to the sheriff of Somerset County that he should take
the said Betty Neasom if &a to answer &a and afterwards to witt the Eighteenth day of march
ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek in the same County Came the said
