land which s.d Henry Speir being sworn on the holy Evangelist of
Almighty God deposeth and sayeth that about twenty one years
ago he was employed together with George Horner to carry the Chain
on a Survey made by M.r John Boseman late of Somerset County
on the land the s.d M.rs John Boseman then lived on and that
M.r William Whittington the then Surveyor of Somerset County
began at a point of Marish on Goose Creek which bears south
sixty two degrees East to the house of M.r Randall Revell & South
sixty Six degrees west of y.e house M.rs Sarah Elzey now lives in
and that the first Course was some what to y.e Northward of East
to the best of his Rememberance this deponant further declares
his rememberance & knowledge & further saith not

Sworn to before us on the land called Mor an casit on a point of
Marish or Goose Creek this 4.th of January 1734

      The defendants afs.d desire a further day to
produce Evidences to be Examined to prove &
perpetuate the boundaryes of the land afores.d
which is allowed them                        The Commissioners afs.d Adjourns
till the twenty fifth of this Instant January                               January the
twenty fifth day 1734  The Commissioners afores.d met on the land
afores.d and us wittnesses being produced further to prove and
pepetuate the boundaryes of the s.d land called mor an casit made the
return hereunto Annexed

                                 The Jurors for the Right Honrble the Lord prory that Now is for the body
of Somerset County afd upon their Oath do present that Sarah Riggin Late of Coventry
       parish in the County afd Spinster the fifth day of September in the Year of Our Lord God Seventeen
       hundred and thirty four at the parish afd in the County afd within the Jurisdiction oft his Court did
       committ fornication with a Certain person to the Jurors afd unknown and did permitt the Same
       unknown person then and there to have Carnall Knowledge of her body and to begett then and
