to the Value of the said Debt or any part thereof more then is above Creditted to the best of his knowledge sworn the day and year abovesd before me Jno Scott And upon this the aforesaid Edward Cluffe prays that the afd Robert Boardman and Mary his wife to his plea afd may reply thereupon it is said by the Court here to the afd Robert and Mary that they Reply to the plea afd of the afd Edward but the afd Robert and Mary at the Same day altho' Solemnly Called Cometh not nor to the plea of the afd Edward Replieth nor is this writt and declaration afd against the same Edward further prosecuted &c Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Robert Boardman and Mary his wife admrx as afd take nothing by their writt and declaration afd but that they and their pledges of prosecuting to witt John Doe and Richard Roe be in mercy (and that the afd Edward Clufe go thereof without day &c
Nine at Somerset County aforesd within the Jurr of this Court was Indebted unto the said Luke in fourteen pounds six shillings and six pence Currt Mony as by account hereunto annexed may in Court appear and being so thereof Indebted the Said John in Consideration thereof the day and year aforesaid at Somersett County afsd within the Jurr afd |
