    Edw.d by their attorneys ^afd^ and Whereupon the said Edwd prays further Leave thereof to
    Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same Day is Given to the aforesd
    Robt and Mary her also &.c
                                                 Att Which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day
    of August Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as
    well the aforesd Rob.t and Mary as the aforesaid Edw.d by their attorneys ^afd^ and
    Whereupon the said Edwd prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill
    the Next Court and he hath itt and the same day is Given to the aforesd Robt and Mary
    here also &c
                            Att Which said Next Court to Witt the Twenty first day of
    November Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again
    as well the aforesaid Robt and Mary as the aforesaid Edwd by their attorneys ^afd^ and
    Whereupon the said Edwd prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the
    next Court and he hath itt and the same day is Given to the afs.d Robt and Mary here
    also &c

                Att which said Next Court to witt the Twentieth day of March Anno Dom
    one thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came again as well the aforesd Rob.t and
    Mary as the aforesaid Edwd by their attorneys ^afd^ and Whereupon the said Edwd prays
    further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court and he hath it and the same
    day is Given to the afsd Robt and Mary here also &.c
                                                                                Att which said next Court to witt the
    Nineteenth day of June Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and thirty two
    three Came again as well the afsd Robt and Mary his wife in their said Capacity
    their Accon afores.d against him the said Edwd to have and Maintain ought not
    because he saith that altho well and true it is that the writing obligatory afs.d
    is the Act and Deed of him the said Edw.d  Nevertheless the said Edw.d saith that
    since the passing the writing obligatory aforesd by him the said Edwd to the aforesaid
    Nicholas in his Life time he the said Edwd hath an Acct of his own against
    the said Nicholas which acrewed Due to him the said Edw.d from the said Nicholas in
    his Lifetime to witt on the first Day of March seventeen hundred and Nineteen
    at Somerset County within the Jurr of this Court for sundrys properly Chargeable
    in Account amounting to the Sum of four pounds Eleven Shills and six pence
    as by Acc.t hereunto annexed may in Court appear and this he is Ready to verifye
    and prays he may be admitted to Discount the same against the Debt Due by
    the obligation aforesd according to the form of an Act of Assembly of this provll
    now in force in such Cases made and and Provided    Whereupon he prays Judgmt
    if the said Robt and Mary his wife their Accon afsd thereupon agst him the
    said Edw.d to have and Maintain ought &c
