       Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Edmond Fitzgerrell be for
the future Levey free as by the petition aforesaid is praid &a


Nelson Waller
        petn

          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court Sitting the
petition of Nellson Waller most humbly sheweth that your petitioner is
possessed with part of a tract of Land Lying on Quantico branch in somerset County
Called partners Choice containing two hundred acres Your petitioner therefore humbly
prays your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences to perpetuate the
memory of the bounds of said Land according to an act of assembly of this province in that Case
made and provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

             The petition aforesaid being read and heard  Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission
to the afd Nellson Waller as by the petition afd is praid and that John Handy Isaac Handy
Mitchell Dashiell and Joseph Wailes of Somerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and
Execute the same Commission according to Law &a


Thomas Cary
       petn
          To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting
the petition of Thomas Cary humbly Sheweth whereas your petitioner being
possest of a parcell of Land Lying on the head of Great mannigh and there b^e^ing a County
road through the said Land as also a road from wickacomoco Creek down to mannigh which
Roads are much to the prejudice of your petitioner therefore he humbly prays that your worships
make take it into Consideration and allow your petitioner Liberty to turn the Said
road that Leads from Wickacomoco Creek to Mannigh but a small way from your petitioners
plantation and it Shall be made as good or better than than the old road is and as it may
plainly appear by one or more of your worships which are acquainted with the road that
will be no ways prejudiciall to any person and am parswaded that your worships will
readily grant so reasonable a request and your petitioner as in duty bound will pray

by the Court here that the afd Thomas Cary have Liberty ^to turn the road^ as by the petition afd ^is^ praid so that
the same road be turned & altered according to the direction and Likeing of Capt Geo Gale
