Somerset ss.t
                            Att a Court of his Lordship the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary
of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &a held at dividing Creek
in the same County the third tuesday of march to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month and in the
twentieth Year of his said Lordships dominion &a  ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty
four by his said Lordships Justices the peace in the same County to keep assigned of whom were present

                                           Proclamation being made in usual form and the sheriff of Somerset
County to witt Joseph MccClester Gent made return of the pannell of Grand Jurors as followeth vizt
Robert Jones Thomas Renchor Michael Disharoon Stephen Hopkins Geo: Earvin Joseph Gillis John Covington
William Hickman Jun.r Cannon Winright John Maglaughlin Lewis Disharoon Charles Tindall William McClean
Crapper   whereupon proclamation being made againe in Usuall form and the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled
being severally Called over by their names did appear as above and thereupon they were sworn and
Charged and sent out to Consider &a soon after the Jurors afd being Impannelled sworn and Charged as afd
return here into Court and being severally Called over did appear and return the following Indictments against
Stephen Lank, Edward Condom Hannah Blake and John Robins thereupon the grand Jurors afd are
discharged and ordered that they be allowed five hundred pounds of tobacco for their publick Service this
Court and against the afd Stephen Lank, Edward Condom Hannah Blake and John Robins so as afd
Indicted it is ordered that Capias Issue returnable to June Court next &a

          To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court now Sitting the petition of
Edmond Fitzgerrell of the County afd humbly Sheweth               that whereas your petitioner
             is very aged and hath of along time been very much ailing and sickly by which he is reduced
so low that he is not able to work for a maintainance and hath no body able to assist him Your
petitioner therefore humbly prays your worships would set him tax free and Your petitioner as
in duty bound shall ever pray
