245 and Mr William Jones the Overseer of the Same road &a Whereas a Certain Nathaniel Crapper adm.r of a Certain Jane persons being Sumoned to this Court to give security for the Ballance of the Estate of the Said Jane Persons according to Law and for as much as it doth appear to the court here; upon Inspection that the said Nathaniel Crapper had Justly ^& lawfully^ paid away all the Estate of the said Persons or rather more &a It's thereupon ordered by the court here that the said Nathaniel Crapper be discharged from the Subpena aforesaid and be thereof acquitt &a Whereas a Certain William Wharton and Solomon Tull had petitioner the Court and Obtained an Order for the turning of the road by their plantations which was granted them upon Conditions by them to be performed as may more fully appear by the same record but not to Stop the old Road before an order of Court first obtained for the same &a Now hereat to witt this Eighteenth day of march one thousand seven hundred and thirty four upon application made to the Court by the afd William Wharton and having maturally Considered the Same the Court do order and agree that the afd William Wharton and Solomon Tull stop up the afd old road as afd was petitioned for &a
hand and so up his arm below his Elbow and by reason of which he has since had his hand and part of his arm taken off by Chyrurgions now Wherefore as the afd accidents has rendered him Incapable of getting his Own Livelyhood Those are therefore humbly to begg of your worships to take it into your pious Considerations to discharge your petitioner of paying his publick Levies and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &a William Cord Junr The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood wherefore It is Considered that by the Court here that the afd William Cord Jun.r be discharged from paying of Leveys untill the Court should order to the Contrary &a
