242 pounds of tobacco which Sum the said John Magan did Confess Judgm.t to a Certain John Finch before John Scott and William Lane Gent two of his Lordships Justices of the County aforesaid on the twenty Eighth day of October anno Dom seventeen hundred and thirty two according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided as also twenty two pounds of tobacco additionall Costs and when he had the Same so made or any part thereof he should safe keep the same so that he might have the same before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset ^to be held at dividing Creek^ the third tuesday November then next to satisfie the Said John Finch of the Judgment afd whereof he was Convict &a Likewise it is Commanded the Sheriffe of Somerset County that he should make of the goods and Chattles of John Magan late of Somerset County Schoolmaster in his bailywick three hundred and fifty pounds of pork & two hundred and Eighty six pounds of tobacco which sum the said John Magan did Confess Judgm.t to a Certain John Finch before John Scott and William Lane Gent two of his Lordships Justices of the County afd on the Twenty Eighth day of October anno Dom seventeen hundred and thirty two according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided as also twenty two pounds of tobacco additionall Costs and when he had the same so made or any part thereof he should safe keep the same so that he might have the same before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then next to satisfie the said John Finch of the Judgm.t aforesaid whereof he was Convict &a Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the ninteeenth day of the same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty four Came the said John Finch in his proper person and the sheriffe of Somerset County Likewise Cometh and maketh return that he had done the Execution of the above writts as followeth vizt This Indenture made the Eighteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four Between Joseph MccClester sheriff of Somerset County of the one part and Thomas Holebrook Richard Stevens Edward Sirman and William Sillivant of the Same County appraisers sumoned and sworne in pursuance of an Execution from Somerset County Court to appraise One Tyken Bed One bolster One rugg two matts One blankett One bedstead and Cord twenty seven Books halfe a quare paper two Old Chests three sows and two shoats one great Coat one new meek Body'd Coat One old Coat One small Jackett One pair Leather britches One pair Old shoes two old Check shirts and pair Long Britches and Old Iron pott and potthooks and One old wigg the goods of John Magan Late of Somerset County Schoolmaster Seized on account of John Finch Witnesseth that the said Thomas Holebrook Richard Stevens Edward Sirman and William Sulivant have valued the said Goods and doe value them as follows that is to say One Tyken Bed at three hundred and forty pounds of pork one bolster at one hundred pounds of pork one Rugg at twenty pounds of pork two Matts at Eighteen pounds of pork one blanket at fifty pounds of pork one bed stead and Cord at fifteen pounds of pork Twenty seven books at two hundred pounds of Tobacco half a Quare of paper at Six pounds of Tobacco two old Chests at (Eighty |
