242 And form as the aforesaid John Rider above against him thereof declared &a Therefore it is Considered that the afd John Rider Recover against the aforesaid 266 Thomas Baker his debt afd also Two hundred and Sixty Six pounds of tobacco for his damages which he Sustained as well by Occasion of the detaining of the same debt as for his Costs and Charges by him about his suit in that part apposed by the Court hereof his assent adjudged and the afd Thomas in Mercy &a
September y.e 9.th 1734 We the subscribers with Thomas Williams did Come upon y.e land of John Beauchamp orphan now in y.e hands of Daniel Hull Gardian to view According to a Certain act of assembly house orchards & fences & so fourth To one old dwelling house 25 foot long & 18 foot broad leaky and very much Impaired To one old tobacco house 30 foot long & 20 foot broad both ends out the roof stooped end ways and y.e frame gone aside To 35 aple trees and two peach trees To an old orchard fence 104 pannels great part rotten Consisting of one thousand loggs To several parcells of broke fence & scattered loggs amounting to nine hundred and Eight loggs To one piece of fence Consisting of 340 loggs half worn To y.e half of a division fence between you and John Williams 65 pannels Chief of it 10 loggs high very rotten To 97 pannels of out side fence 10 loggs high one with y.e other very rotten John Williams Chas Curtiss Th.o Williams
