(243) Eighty pounds of Tobacco three sows and two shoats at two hundred & fifty pounds of pork one great Coat at fifty pounds of tobacco one new Calimancoe Coat at three hundred pounds of Tobacco one old Coat at thirty pounds of Tobacco one small Jacket at thirty pounds of Tobacco one pair of leather Britches at Eighty pounds of Tobacco one pair of old shoes and ten pounds of Tobacco two old Cheque shirts & a pair long britches at one hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco one old Iron pot and pot Hooks at fifty pounds of Tobacco one old wigg at Eighty pounds of Tobacco In all seven hundred and ninty three pounds of pork and one thousand and thirty six pounds of Tobacco In Wittness whereof the said Sheriff as also the apprisers aforesaid have hereunto set their hands and seals the day & year above Joseph M.aClester (seal) Thomas Holbrook (seal) Rich.d Stevens (seal) his Edward E Sirman (seal) mark his Ordered by the Court that James Collett and William W Sulivant (seal) Stephen Roach Recover against Isaac Handy mark sixty pounds of Tobacco Each for their attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalf of the said Isaac Handy against Henry Toadvine they having made oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court that Benonj Edwards recover against Dennis Hudson Sixty pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said Dennis Hudson he having made oath to the same &.a Ordered by the Court that Benonj Edwards recover against Dennis Hudson sixty pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his wifes attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said Dennis Hudson she having made oath to the same &a Ordered by the Court that Samuel Handy recover against Richard Gore and Jean his wife thirty pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for his attendance one day as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the said Richard Gore and Jean his wife he having made Oath to the same &.a Ordered that Nicholas Fountain and William Waters be Overseers from the Beach and Pine down the Middle of the neck from Absalom Fords which Road is Compleat after the annamesex people |
