statute and they or any two of them to return their award to next Court to be
held for the County af.d at dividing Creek and Judgment to be thereon as of
this Court and the same day is given to the af.d plantiff and defend.t of hearing
thereof their Judgment of and upon the premises aforesaid &.a

Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of November Ann Dom one
thousand seven hundred and thirty four Came againe as well the af.d James Dickerson
as the af.d George Lowe by their attorneys af.d also at the same day came the af.d
William ^Lane^ and Edward Rownd two of the af.d Gentlemen Mentioned in the af.d rule
of referrence and made return of their award in the premisses as followeth viz.t

Somerset County ss   Whereas we whose names are hereunder written were
appointed by the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court by the Consent
of James Dickerson Plf.t and George Lowe defendant to determine all matters
in differance between them according to the ^form of the^ statute in that Case lately made
and provided and to make return of our award to the said Court do humbly Certifie
to the said Court that we have duly Examined the matter in differance between
the said partys and do award that the Plf.t pay all Cost for that we find no
Cause of action      Given under our hands & seals this 23.d of Novem.r 1734
    Which being read and heard                                          Wm Lane   (seal)
Therefore it is Considered that the af.d James Dickerson         Ed Rownd   (seal)
take nothing by his writt and declaration af.d but be in
mercy for his false Clamour and that the af.d George Lowe go thereof without
day &a also it is Considered that the af.d George Lowe recover against the af.d James
381   Dickerson three hundred & Eighty One                                    pounds of Tobacco
381   for his Costs and Charges by him about his defence in that part sustained to the
same George by discretion of the Justices here adjudged according to the form
of the statute in that part made and provided and that the same George
have thereof Execution &.a

Somerset County ss    Henry Tomlinson late of Somerset County Chyrurgion
was attached to answer unto Thomas Gardner of a plea of trespass upon the
Case &a
                And whereupon the said Thomas by Francis Allen his
attorney Complains that whereas the said Henry the twentieth day of November
Ann Dom seventeen hundred thirty & two at Somerset County aforesaid & within
the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted to the said Thomas in the sum of
three pounds Ninteen shillings and six pence Current money of maryland for
sundrys properly Chargeable in an account (as by an account thereof hereinto
