Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of March Ann Dom
One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Came againe as well the af.d
James Dickerson as the af.d Charles Ramsey by their attorneys aforesaid
and whereupon the said Charles Ramsey prays further leave thereof to
Imparle hereuntill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given
to the aforesaid James Dickerson here also &.a

Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of June Ann Dom
One thousand seven hundred and thirty four Came againe as well the af.d
James Dickerson as the af.d Charles Ramsey by their attorneys aforesaid and
whereupon the same Charles Ramsey prays further leave thereof to Imparle
here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the
aforesaid James Dickerson herealso &.a

Att which said next Court to witt the twentieth day of August Ann Dom
one thousand seven hundred and thirty four Came againe as well the af.d
James Dickerson as the aforesaid Charles Ramsey by their attorneys af.d and
thereupon the same Charles Ramsey as before defends the force and Injury
when &.a and saith that he doth not owe to the af.d James Dickerson
the af.d two pounds sixteen shillings or any part thereof as the af.d
James above against him hath complained and thereof he puts himself
upon the Countrey         Whereupon the dispute in this action is by
the Court and Consent of the parties af.d referred to James Martin William
Lane and Edward Rownd of Somerset County Gentlemen or any two of
them according to the form of the statute and they or any two of them
they to return their award to next Court to be held for the County af.d at dividing
Creek and Judgment ^to be^ thereon as of this Court & the same day is given to the
af.d plantiff and defend.t of hearing thereof their Judgment of and upon the
premisses aforesaid &.a

    Att which said next Court to witt the ninteenth day of November Ann Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty four Came again as well the af.d James
Dickerson as the af.d Charles Ramsey by their attorneys af.d also at the same
day Came the af.d William Lane and Edward Rownd two of the Gentlemen Mentioned
in the aforesaid Rule of referrance and made return of their award in
the premisses as followeth Vizt

Somerset County ss      Whereas we whose names are here under written were
appointed by the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County Court by the
Consent of James Dickerson Plf.t and Charles Ramsey def.t to determine all
matters in differance between them according to the form of the statute in
that Case lately made and provided and to make return of our Award to
the said Court do humbly Certifye to the said Court that we have duly
