Milburn and Robert Boyer both of the County afd planters present here in Court acknowledged themselves Indebted
unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary nisi five pounds Sterling Each to be Levied on the ^their^ bodys Goods or Chattells
Lands or tenements &a   If it happen that the Said Mary Treuman doth not pay unto the severall officers
their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &a

     To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the petition of Alice Hopkins humbly

sheweth that Whereas your unfortunate petitioner the fifth day of January Last was
delivered of two Children and in August Court last a Certain Tho.s Larrimore of
the County afs.d before your worships was Legally Convicted to be the father of the said Children
since which time ye s.d Tho.s Larrimore is Deceased & John Larrimore father of the said
Thomas his security Neglects to take Care of the said Children & to make your petitioner any
satisfaction for her trouble and Charge she hath been at and your petitioner not being able
to maintain and support the said Children humbly prays that your worships will grant
such order (as in your wisdom you shall think fitt) that the said Jn.o Larrimore may be
obliged to provide for the said Children & your petitioner Satisfied for the trouble & Charge
she hath been at and she shall as in duty bound Ever pray &.era      Alice Hopkins

       The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had   Wherefore
It is Considered by the Court here that the afd Alice Hopkins return home and repair to the afd John Larrimore
father of Thomas Larrimore dec.d and require satisfaction of him for the Nursing ^& maintaining^ of two Children Lately begott on
the body of her the said Alice by the afd Thomas Larrimore dec.d and if the said John Larrimore refuseth or
delayeth to make her Such reasonable Satisfaction as will be Sufficient for the Nursing and maintaining
of the afd two Children that then the Said Alice Hopkins to go Immediately to James Dashiell & Mitchell
Dashiell of Somerset County Gent and two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County afd and
acquaint them therewith and they the said James Dashiell and Mitchell Dashiell Are hereby required to agree
with some person or person for the Nursing and maintaining of the Children afd and they to make their
Report to next March Court &a


    Tabitha Nineborough appears according to her recognizance to give Evidence against Ann Eddes and
is accordingly discharged therefrom &a

Comfort Henderson appears appears according to her Recognizance to give Evidence against Ann
Eddes and is accordingly discharged therefrom &a
