219 of Somerset County planter present here in Court in his proper person acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary in twenty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull money of England of his goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Ann Eddes do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning what should be Objected against her on his said Lordships behalfe and do not depart the same Court without Leave thereof and if she is not in the mean time of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people and more Especially to Sarah Fletcher the wife of Mr Thomas Fletcher Likewise the said Ann Eddes is Ordered to give Security for the ^paymt of the^ Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd Whereupon the said Geo: Trewitt son of Geo: present here in Court in his proper person as afd acknowledged himselfe Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs & Successors in five pounds sterlling to be Levied &a In case the said Ann Eddes do not pay the severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd
accordingly discharged &a Whereupon the said Geoge Bowen is ordered to give new recognizance for his appearance at march Court next to answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning his Committing of Fornication &a Thereupon the said Geo: Bowen with Samuel Trewitt Benja Trewitt Littleton Bowen and W.m Bowen all of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lordship the Lord proprietary in five pounds sterling Each of their severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his Lordship his heirs and successors to be made and Levied if it Happen that the said George Bowen do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning his Committing of fornication with a Certain Francis Williams and do not stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereof and do not depart the same Court without Leave &a Likewise the said Geo Bowen is ordered to give security for the payment of the Severall Officers their Fees due by occasion of the premises whereupon a Certain Jno Bowen present herein Court undertook for the said Geo Bowen to pay the severall officers due by occasion of the premisses afd &a |
