dividing creek in the County af.d the nineteenth day of november in the year of our Lord God Seventeen hundred and thirty four before Robert King Esq.r and his associates the said Lord proprietary his Justices of the same County Court and for the same Lord proprietary doth give the same Justices hereto understand and be informed that Samuel Wilson late of Somerset parish in the County af.d Gent the fifth day of November in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred and thirty four at the parish af.d in the County af.d within the Jurisdiction of this Court ^in^ and upon a certain William West of the same County planter in the peace of god and of the same Lord proprietary then and there being with force and arms an assault did make and the same William West then and there did beat wound and evilly treat so that of his Life it was greatly dispaired and other harms to him then and there did to the great damage of the same William West and against the peace of the said Lord proprietary that now is his good rule and government &a whereupon the same attorney of the said Lord proprietary for the same Lord proprietary prayeth the advice of the Court herein the premisses and that due process of Law in this part against the af.d Samuel Wilson may be made to answer unto the same Lord proprietary of and upon the premisses &a Thereupon Command was given to the sherriff of Somerset County that he should take the said Samuel Wilson if &a to answer &a and afterwards to witt the ninteenth day of November anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty four before the Justices of his Lordship County Court of Somerset now here held at dividing Creek Cometh the said Samuel Wilson in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his pledges in that part before acknowledged and had a hearing of the Information afd and being Instantly demanded how he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd by the Information afd above upon him Imposed says that of the premisses afd ^above^ upon him Imposed he is Guilty thereof &a Whereupon all and Singular the premisses here being seen heard and fully understood &a Wherefore it is Considered that the afd Samuel Wilson pay to his Lordship the Lord Proprietary for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premises afd whereof in form afd he is Convict to two shillings and Six pence Curr.t money and that the said Samuel Wilson be taken to satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd &a
