to be paid unto the said Stephen Comfort Mathias Elizabeth Esther Anne Mary Benton and Esekiell Coston their heirs Ex.rs adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our Selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs & adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 22d day of November Ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary General hath transmitted unto this Court the accompt of the Estate of Stephen Coston dec.d wherein it is found that there is ball.s due to the aboves.d orphans the Sum of fifty Six pounds fourteen Shillings and three pence three farthings if therefore the aboves.d Comfort Benton Isaac Coston and Richard Chambers or any or either of them or any or either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do and Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afores.d orphans the afores.d sum of Fifty Six pounds fourteen Shillings and three pence three farthings in Equal parts or portions according to act of assembly when they shall arive at full age to receive the same &a then the above obligation to be void & of none Effect otherwise to remain in full force and vertue &a her mark Sealed and Delivered Comfort Benton (seal) In the presence of Isaac Costen (seal) David Wilson Richard Chambers (seal) Ed Rownd
hundred and forty Eight pounds fifteen Shillings and four pence Cur to be paid unto the said John Turvill Mary Turvill & Rhoda Turvill their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Jointly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seal and dated this 19.th day of Nov.r Ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Comissary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of John Turvill dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the above orphans the sum of seventy one pounds Seven Shillings and Eight pence if therefore the above said Martin Kennett his heirs Ex.rs or Admrs shall & do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Jn.o Turvill Mary Turvill and Rhoda Turvill the afs.d sum of seventy one pounds seven shillings and Eight pence to be paid them in equall parts or portions according to act of assembly in such case provided when they shall arive at full age to receive the same Then the above obligation to be void & of none Effect otherwise to stand & remain in full force & vertue in Law &a Sealed and Delivered in presence of Martin Kennett (seal) RKing David Johnson (seal) Samuel Wilson Joseph Gray (seal) 1731 |
