The petition afd being and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
   wherefore it is Considered that the afd Samuel Mayo turn the road as by the petition afd ^is praid^ he first making
the new road as good and passable as the old and that the same new road be made and turned to the taking
of John Fleing the overseer of the Said road  and Likewise that the afd road be left open for the
Use of Travellers and Others that hath Occasion to make Use of the Same untill the afd New road be Compleat

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in Court sitting the Humble
petition of John Magraw Humbly Sheweth
That your petitioner is possessed of four tracts of Land known & Called by the
names following Viz  Owens Improvement Owens Delight, Middle and Refuge lying in the
woods back from Monocan River The Evidences to prove the bounds of the s.d four tracts of Land
being Ancient and Infirm humbly prays that Commissioners may be appointed to Examine
Evidences to perpetuate the bounds of the af.d Tracts of land according to the Directions of an
act of assembly in that Case made and provided & Your petitioner as in duty bound will pray

    had wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue unto the af.d John Magraw as by
    the petition af.d is praid  And that Capell King Mathias Gale John FInch & Tho.s Denwood
    all of Somerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute the same Comission according
    to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &a

Sitting the petition of Capell King most Humbly Sheweth
That your Petitioner has a Negro woman Named Grace Between Sixty and
Seventy Years of Age and she being past her labour Causes your petitioner Humbly to pray
your worships will be pleased to Discharge the said Negro from paying taxes for ye future
and your petitioner as in duty bound will pray                                          Capell King

       The petition af.d being read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had wherefore
it is Considered that the af.d Capell King be discharged from paying of taxes for the af.d Negro
woman named Grace for the future as by the petition af.d is praid &a

    To the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County the petition of John Outten
humbly sheweth
That your petitioner ever since August 1733 hath been depriv'd of the use of his
limbs & is thereby Intirely Incapable to provide for his family or to make tobacco to pay his levy's
Your petitioner prays that he may be made tax free he having no prospect of Ever being Capable
to work or recover the use of his limbs & your petitioner shall pray &a               John Outten
The petition af.d being read & heard wherefore it is Considered that ye af.d Jn.o Outten be discharged for
the ^future^ from paying of Taxes for himself as by the petition af.d is praid &a
