Boundarys of the said Land according to the form of the act of assembly in that Case
made &a and your petitioner will Ever pray                     Ja: Robertson

    The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
    had   wherefore it is Considered that a Commission ^Issue^ unto the afd James Robertson as by the petition
    afd is praid    And that William Stoughton John Elzey William McClammey and Robert Jones
    all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of
    assembly in such Case made and provided &a


Comfort Benton

    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court setting the
petition of Comfort Benton          Humbly Sheweth that your petitioner
hath a negro woman slave named Bess so old and feeble that she is
altogether unable to do any service towards her support or maintainance therefore
your petitioner humbly prays that the s.d negro woman may be set Tax free and
your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &a                  Comfort Benton

       The petition afd being read and heard and mature deliberation thereupon had    wherefore it is
considered that the afd Comfort Benton be discharged from paying of taxes for the afd Negro woman named
Bess for the future as by the petition afd is praid &a

Sitting the Humble petition of David Goggen Humbly Sheweth
That whereas your petitioner is now very ancient and besides that Crippled
in the Shoulder so that I am not able to put on my Cloaths without help much less
to Labour for a livelyhood so that your petitioner Humbly moveth that your worships
would set him tax free and your petitioner shall as in duty bound for Ever pray

To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court Sitting the
petition of Sam.l Mayo most humbly sheweth that your petitioner
being possest of tract of land thoro' which the County road runns which is
prejudiciall to your petitioner therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships will
be pleased to give your petitioner liberty to turn the same road not above two or three
hundred yards at farthest out of the way your petitioner being willing to make the
new road full as good as the old one (he having already got the Consent of the overseer
and people that Clear the same Road) your worships Complyance will Cause your
