    Such Cases provided and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray &a   Robt Harris

                The petition the aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood   Wherefore it is Considered
    that a Commission Issue to the afd Robert Harris and that George Dashiell Henry Ballard Isaac
    Handy and Thomas Collier all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
    according to Law &a

petition of Michael Holland sen.r of Somerset County     Sheweth

       That your petitioner having paid taxes in the County about fifty years and not withstanding being a
trading person and likewise pay Hospital money and now thro' Loss in trade and other misfortunes is
reduced to a very low Condition and being between Seventy three and Seventy four Years of age is past
his Labour humbly prays your worships favour to sett him tax free and your petitioner as in duty bound
shall ever pray

          The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood   wherefore it is Considered that the afd

    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the humble
petition of Robert Ponton humbly Sheweth that whereas your petitioner had his
Shoulder blaid and arm broken and an old pain of a long Continuance in one of his
Hipps soe that your petitioner is not able to go through Labour for a lively hood as
formerly your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your worships would please to take this my
Calamity into your Charitable Consideration and Set your petitioner tax free and your petitioner Shall
as in duty bound for Ever pray

    The petition afd being Read and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered that the aforesaid
Robert Ponton be tax free for the future as by the petition afd is praid &.a


To the worshipfull Justices now sitting the petition of Jacob Waggaman humbly Sheweth that
whereas your petitioner hath an old negro man Called Jack past his Labour humbly prays your
worships to set him tax free and your petitioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray

Jacob Waggaman be discharged from paying of taxes for the afd Negro Jack for the future as by the
