County Merch.t if they shall be found in your bailywick to the value of One hundred and three pounds fifteen shillings and two pence Curr money & two thousand pounds of tobacco and when you have the same attached or any part thereof the same in your Custody safe keep so that you have the same before our Justices of our County Court of somerset to be held at dividing Creek the Third Tuesday of march Next then and there to be Condemned according to act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain Robert Bolton Unless the said Robert Holland by himself or his attorney shall appear and answer unto the said Robert Bolton in a plea of trespass upon the Case &.c according to Law and that by good and lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto the person or persons in whose hands you make the same attachment that he she or they be and appear before Our Justices of Our County Court to be held as afd to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same Goods Chattles rights or Creditts so attached in his her or their hands ought not to be Condemned and Execution thereof had and made according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided if to him her or them it shall seem meet and how you shall Execute this writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the day and place afd and have you then and there this writt Wittness Robert King Gent Chief Justice of our said Court the twenty ninth day of November In the Ninteenth Year of Our dominion &.c Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the ninteenth day of the return of the said month Ann Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty three being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the said Robert Bolton by Francis Allen his attorney and the sher of Somerset county to whome the foregoeing Writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes return thereof to the Court here Endorsed By vertue of the within writt to me directed to the Justices of Somerset County I do Certifie that on the second day of march one thousand seven hundred and thirty three I did Attach of the goods & Chattles of the within named Robert Holland to the value of one hundred and three pounds fifteen shillings and two pence Currant money and two thousand pounds of tobacco in the hands of Samuel Hopkins Jun.r and William Cord Jun.r and I do further Certifie that before Joshua Merrill and Richard Roe Good and Lawfull men of my bailywick I have made known to the afores.d Samuel Hopkins Jn.r and William Cord Jun.r that they be and appear at the time and place appointed so answer Jno Caldwell Sher And the afd William Cord Jun.r Garnishee of the afd Robert Holland by George Douglas his attorney Comes and prays Leave to Imparle hereuntill the next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd Robert Bolton here also &a Att which said next Court to witt the Eighteenth day of June anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty three four Came againe as well the afd Robert Bolton as the afd W.m Cord Junr Garnishee as afd |
