afterwards Immediately Came here into Court the said Robert Geddes in his proper person and thereupon the said Robert Geddes is ordered to give security for his good behaviour and appearance at november Court next to answer the premisses afd &a Thereupon the said Robert Geddes with Francis Allen of Somerset County Gentleman both present here in Court in their proper ^persons &^ acknowledged themselves indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands and tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it Happen that the said Robert Geddes do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning what should be Objected against him on his said Lordships Behalfe in relation to the premisses afd and do not depart the Same Court without Leave thereof and if he ^is^ not in the mean time of the good behaviour to all his Lordships good people and more Especiall to the said Jane Gore &a
