    here that a Commission Issue to the afd Thomas Gillis as by the petition afd is praid and that George
    Dashiell Thomas Walker Peter Sirman and John Disharoon all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
    and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such case provided &a

           To the worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the peace for
Somerset County in Court setting the petition of William Nelson
most humbly sheweth that your petitioner hath two tracts of Land
the one Called wrights choice containing 100 acres the other Wrights Adventure Cont.a
105 acres whose bounders depend on a tract of land now in possession of Tho.s Willin
called Hickory ridge humbly pray your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine
Evidences in relation to the boundaries of the same and as in duty bound shall ever pray

       the petition af.d being read and heard and fully understood  Wherefore it is Considered by
the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d WIlliam Nelson as by the petition af.d is
praid and that Alexander Lackey Day Scott Joseph Wails and Charles Ballard all of
Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the same Commission according to
Act of assembly in such case provided &a

 Whereas a Certain Jane Gore wife of Richard Gore Came here into Court and
made Complaint against a Certain Robert Geddes that he had beat and abused
her Contrary &a   whereupon it is ordered that the sherriff of Somerset County bring
    the afd Robert Geddes here into Court Immediately to answer &a

    afterwards Immediately Came here into Court the said Robert Geddes in his proper person and thereupon
the said Robert Geddes is ordered to give security for his good behaviour and appearance
at november Court next to answer the premisses afd &a

             Thereupon the said Robert Geddes with Francis Allen of Somerset County Gentleman both present
here in Court in their proper ^persons &^ acknowledged themselves indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble
the Lord proprietary in the sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Severall goods and Chattells Lands
and tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if
it Happen that the said Robert Geddes do not make his personall appearance before the Justices
of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem
Next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning what should be Objected against him
on his said Lordships Behalfe in relation to the premisses afd and do not depart the Same Court
without Leave thereof and if he ^is^ not in the mean time of the good behaviour to all his Lordships
good people and more Especiall  to the said Jane Gore &a
