Money ^to be paid^ unto the said John Wallis Robert Wallis Tho.s Wallis and George Wallis their heirs & Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done wee bind our selves our & Either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this 20.th day of Aug.t Ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above Obligation is such y.t whereas ye Commissary Genll hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of W.m Wallis dec.d where in it is found that there id Balls due unto the above orphans ye sum of ninety four pounds Sixteen shillings and Eight pence Cur money If therefore ye abovesaid Rob.t Laws & Tho.s Laws their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall & do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named John Wallis Robert Wallis Tho.s Wallis and George Wallis the af.d sum of ninety four pounds Sixteen Shillings and Eight pence Cur money to be paid them in Equall parts or portions according to act of assembly in such case provided when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above obligation to be void & of none Effect otherwise to stand and remaine in full and Virtue in Law &a Mark Sealed and Delivered Rob.tt R Laws (seale) in ye presents of us his RKing Thomas Laws (seale) 1731 Willm Stoughton (seal) David Wilson Joseph Wailes (seal)
and ^one^ penny Cur money to be paid unto the said Mary Machan and Sarah Machan their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made & done we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this 21.t day of Aug.t Ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of James Machan dec.d wherein it is found y.t there is Ball Due to the abovesaid Orphans y.e sum of thirteen pounds Eleven Shillings and one half penny Curr Money if therefore the above said Dennis Driskill his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named Mary Machan and Sarah Machan the af.d sum of thirteen pounds Eleven shillings and one half penny Cur money to be paid them according to the dec.d Will and the Act of assembly in such case made and provided when they shall arrive at full age to Receive the same ^then^ the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect Otherwise to stand & Remain in full force and Vertue in Law &a Signed Sealed and Delivered Dennis Driskill (seal) in the presents of us Rich.d Knight (seal) Geo: Dashiell Isaac Handy |
