dec.d in the full & just sum of one hundred pounds twelve shillings Curr money of Maryland to be paid unto the said Eliz.a White Mary White Hannah White Tabitha White John White W.m White and Joshua White their heirs & Ex.rs or Adm.rs or Assignes to ye which payment well and truly to be made and done wee bind our selves and Either of our heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs for the whole & in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this 21.st day of Aug.t ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above obligation is such y.t Whereas the Com^m^issary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of John White dec.d wherein it is found y.t there is ball due to the above Orphans ye sum of fifty pounds and six shillings Curr money If therefore the above s.d Hannah White her heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named Eliz.a White Mary White Hannah White Tabitha White John White W.m White and Joshua White ye af.d sum of fifty pounds and six Shillings Curr money to be paid them in Equall parts or portions according to act of assembly in such case provided when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect Otherwise to stand and remain in full force and Virtue in Law &a Sealed and Delivered her mark in the presents of us Hann H White (seal) Will.m Stoughton Edm.d Hough (seal) James Dashiell Joshua Sturgis (seal)
