Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Levin Gale take into his Care of possession the afd Levin Denwood and all his Estate both real and personall and that a Certain John Waters who Intermarried with the mother of the said Levin Denwood deliver up unto the afd Guardian all the Estate of the said Levin Denwood that he hath in his hands both reall and personall and further it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Levin Gale Give Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a Thereupon the said Levin Gale with David Wilson and Thomas Hayward of Somerset County ^his securitys^ all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Levin Denwood in two hundred pounds Sterling of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of the said Levin Denwood his heirs or assignes to be made and Levied if it happen that the said Levin Gale do not Comply with the law in relation to such Guardians as afd and do not deliver up unto the afd Levin Denwood or to his Guardian to be by him Chosen when he shall arrive at full age to Chose the Same all his Estate both real and personall that he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the same shall be Legally required &a
Thomas Collins Joshua Collins and Abel Collins their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these psents sealed with our seal and dated this 21st day of Aug.t Ann Dom 1734 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this Co.t the Accompt of the Estate of Mary Collins dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the abovesaid Orphans the sum of thirty three pounds fifteen shillings and Eight pence Current money If therefore the abovesaid John Collins his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above named W.m Collins Tho.s Collins Joshua Collins and Abel Collins the afd sum of thirty three pounds fifteen shillings and Eight pence Curr money to be paid them in Equall parts or portions according to act of Assembly in such Case provided when they shall arrive at full age to receive the same then the above obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to stand and remain in full force and Virtue in Law Sealed and Delivered John Collins (seal) In presence of us Alexander Marcy (seal) Will.m Soughton Thomas Rily (seal) John Handy |
