    Seperately to the Use of his said Lordship to be made and Levied  If it Happen that the said
    Patrick Connelly do not make his personall appearance from day to Day and Every day of this
    term and do not stand and abide the Judgment of the Court thereon and do depart this Court without
    Leave thereof and is not in the mean time of the good behaviour &a

    And afterwards it was made appeare to the Satisfaction of the Court here that the afd Pat
    Connelly was not guilty of Forgery in such manner and form as afd above alledged &a
    thereupon the said Patrick Connelly and his securitys are discharged from the recognizance afd &a

George Osten son of Joseph Osten Late of Somerset County dec.d is of his own
Free and Voluntary Consent bound an apprentice by the Court unto a Certain John
Sirman of the County afd Joyner untill he the said George Osten arrives at the age
    of Twenty One Years the said Geo: Osten being ninteen Years of age next June the said Geo: Osten
    to serve his said Master the full term of time afd during which term the said George Osten his said
    master well and faithfully Shall serve his secretts keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly
    every where willingly shall do and in all things as a good and faithfully Servant shall demean
    himselfe towards his said Master and all his during the term afd &a

       In consideration of which service the said John Sirman present here in Court in his proper
    person covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in manner
    and form following that is to say that he the said John Sirman during the term afd will Learn his
    said apprentice the trades of a Carpenter and Joyner and Likewise provide for his said
    apprentice during his servitude meat drink washing and Lodging and Cloathing mete for Sufficient
    for such an apprentice to have and wear &a

       Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the said John Sirman Give security for
    to Comply with the Covenants afd         Thereupon the said John Sirman with Tho.s
    Gillis of Somerset County Gent his security both present herein Court in their proper
    persons and acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said Geo: Oston in twenty pounds
    sterling of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Severally to be made and Levied
    to the Use of the Said Geo Oston his heirs or assignes   If it Happen that the said John
    Sirman do not during the term afd Learn his said apprentice the trade of a Carpenter &
    Joyner and Likewise ^do not^ provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging &
    Cloathing mete for such an apprentice to have and wear during the term afd &a
