Tiler Crockett
   bound to
Thomas Tyler

     Tiler Crockett son of Sampson Crockett dec.d is of his own free Consent bound by the
Court here unto Thomas Tyler untill he arrives at the age of twenty one years the said
                   Tiler Crockett being nine years of age the first day of february last the said Tiler Crockett to Serve
his said master the full term afd during which term the afs.d Tiler Crockett his said master well and
faithfully shall serve hs secretts keep his commandments lawfully and honestly every where
willing shall do and in all things as a good and faithfull servant shall demean himself towards
his said Master and all his during the term afs.d &a   In Consideration of which service the said Thomas
Tyler present here in Court ^in his^ proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court Judicially
sitting ^in^ manner and form following that is to say that he the said Thomas Tyler during the term af.d
will Learn his said apprentice to Read write and Cypher as farr as the rule of three Inclusive
and the trade of a Weaver and at the Expiration of his servitude give him a new suit of Cloaths over
and above his common wearing Cloaths and Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat
drink washing lodging and Cloathing mete for such an apprentice to have and wear during
his Servitude afs.d &a          Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afs.d Thomas
Tyler give security for to Comply with the Covenants af.d &a

Thomas Tyler with Arthur Parks of somerset County planter his Security both present
here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the said
Tiler Crockett in thirty pounds sterling Each of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or
tenements Seperately to be made and Levied to the use of the said Tyler Crockett his heirs
or assignes  If it happen that the said Thomas Tyler do not during the term af.d learn his
said apprentice to read write and Cypher as farr as the rule of three Inclusive and the
trade of a weaver and do not at the Expiration of his servitude give him a new suit of Cloaths
Over and Above his common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise provide for his said apprentice

Upon Information Given to this Court that a Certain Patrick Connelly was Suspected
of Forging of an Order for tobacco from Mr Thomas Fletcher payable to himselfe &a
Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the said Patrick Connelly Give security
for his the said Patricks staying and abiding the Judgment of this Court to answer the suspicion
of Forgery as afd &a    Thereupon the said Patrick Connelly with William Bevins and John Follows
his securitys both of Somerset County planters all present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary that is to
say the said Patrick Connelly in fifty pounds Sterling and the said William Bevins and the said
John Follows in twenty five pounds Sterling Each of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements
