    the afd John Beachamp or his Guardian to be by him Chosen all his estate reall and personall that  
    he shall have in his hands and possession peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally
    required &a

Thomas Tyler
Joseph Crockett son of Sampson Crockett dec.d is of his own free Consent
bound by the Court here unto Thomas Tyler untill he arrives at the age of twenty
One Years the said Joseph Crockett being twelve years of age the Ninteenth
day of may Last the said Joseph Crockett to Serve his said Master the full term
       afd during which term the afd Joseph Crockett his Said Master well and faithfully shall serve his
    secretts keep his commandments lawfully and honestly every where willing shall do and in all things as
    a good and faithfull servant shall demean himselfe towards his said Master and all his during the term
    afd &a    In consideration of which service the said Thomas Tyler present herein Court in his proper ^person^
    Covenanteth with the Justices of the same Court Judicially sitting ^in^ manner and form following that is to say
    that he the said Thomas Tyler during the term afd will Learn his said apprentice to read write &
    Cypher as farr as the rule of three Inclusive and the trade of a weaver and at the Expiration
    of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths &
    Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing lodging and Cloathing mete for
    such an apprentice to have and wear during his servitude afd &a

           Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the afd Thomas Tyler give security for to Comply
    with the Covenants afd &a
                                                 Thereupon the said Thomas Tyler with Arthur Parkes of
    Somerset County planter his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged
    themselves Indebted unto the said Joseph Crockett in thirty pounds Sterling Each of their
    bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements seperately to be made and Levied to the Use of the said
    Joseph Crockett his heirs or assignes  If it happen that the said Thomas Tyler do not during the
    the term afd learn his said apprentice to Read write and Cypher as farr as the rule of three
    Inclusive and the trade of a weaver and do not at the Expiration of his servitude give him
    a new suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise provide
