182 Cloathing for him to have and wear during the term of servitude afd &a Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the said Benj.a Lebruse give Security for to Comply with the Covenants afd &a Thereupon the said Benjamin Lebruse with Thomas Bannister of Somerset County planter his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd Roger Mace in twenty pounds sterling of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made and Levied to the Use of the said Roger Mace his heirs or assignes If it happen that the afd Benj.a Lebruse do not during the term afd learn his said apprentice to Read write and Cypher as far as the rule of three (and the trade of a weaver if his wife Lives) and do not at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise provide for his said apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing sufficient for him to have and wearing during the time of servitude afd &a
and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain Daniel Hull of Somerset County planter as his Guardian which is to him Granted &a Thereupon the said John Beachamp makes Choice of the said Daniel Hull as his Guardian accordingly &a Whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Daniel Hull the now Guardian take into his Care and possession the afd John Beachamp and all his Estate both Real and personall and that the heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs of Edwd Hull dec.d the former Guardian deliver the same &a and further it is Ordered by the Court here that the said Daniel Hull now Guardian give Security for to Comply with the Guardianship afd &a Whereupon the said Daniel Hull with Richard Brooks and William Catlin of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and be Indebted unto the said John Beachamp in the Sum of One hundred pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their Severall ^bodys^ goods and Chattells Lands or tenements to the use of the said John Beachamp to be made and Levied if it Happen that the said Daniel Hull do not Comply with the Law in relation to such Guardians as afd and do not deliver up unto the |
