deliberation thereupon had   wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Catherine Purnall be
discharged from paying of Levies for the afd Negro Cuffey as by the petition afd is praid &a

     To the Worshipfull Court now Sitting the Humble petition of
Richard Penewell humbly sheweth that whereas your petitioner hath been afflicted
very much and has been under the docter twice and Yett Continues bad and
weak so that I am not able to work humbly prays that I may be tax free for this Year and as in
duty bound shall ever pray
                                                                       The petition aforesaid being read and heard and
fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had  Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here
that the afd Richard Penewell be Levy free this Year as by the petition afd is praid &a


Solomon Tull & Wm Wharton
                Petn
          To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of this Court sitting the petition
of Solomon Tull and William Wharton humbly sheweth
                 That your petitioners are Opprest by the recourse of a road that
    runns thro' their Lands also makes the road Crooked and Inconvenient to be Causwayed the road
is now marked by direction of the Overseer where we pray it may stand being from the beach
and pine to the Outtermost End of Mr William Water's now fence being a more straight and short
way for the said Road and the releife of your petitioners who as in duty bound shall pray

                The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had  wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Solomon Tull and William Wharton
turn the road as afd is praid they first Cutting (on the afd New road) Each One hundred and forty yards
of ditch three foot wide on the top two foot deep and two foot wide in the Bottom and to spread
the bank of the ditch and the Old Road ^to^ Continue and remain unstopt untill an order of Court obtained
for the same &a


                   Tunter a negro Girle belonging to Nicholas Fountain Sen.r is adjudged by the Court to the
age of nine Years &a

                Pleasant a Negro Girle belonging unto Isaac Williams is adjudged by the Court Fourteen
                Years of age &a
