most humbly prays your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation of the same and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray the petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd Daniel Cordery as by the petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell James Dashiell James MccMorie and Joseph Wailes all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case provided &a John Atkinson appointed Overseer of the Roads in Pocomoke hundred in Stead of Edmond Hough for the Ensuing Year &a
