    Ordered that William More be Overseer for the Ensuing Year of the roads in Nanticoke
hundred in the stead of Stephen Tulley &a

     To the Worshipfull his Lordships Justices of the peace for
Somerset County in Court Sitting the Humble petition of Daniel Cordery sheweth
that your petitioner hath a tract of Land Called Jones Hole whose boundaries are almost decayed
most humbly prays your worships to appoint Commissioners to Examine Evidences in relation
of the same and your petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray

                   the petition afd being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation
thereupon had      Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the afd Daniel Cordery as
by the petition afd is praid and that George Dashiell James Dashiell James MccMorie and
Joseph Wailes all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission
according to act of assembly in Such Case provided &a

of Thomas Benston most Humbly sheweth
                                                                      That your petitioner is possest
of two tracts of Land Called Collier's good Success and Dudley whose bounders
are Somwhat precarious   therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships will be pleased
to appoint Commissioners in Order to Examine Evidences to prove the bounds of the same and
he as in duty bound will pray
