Taxes for the afd Arthur Davis this Year as by the petition afd is praid &a


Isaac Marshall negro boy dick is adjudged by the Court to the age of Eight Years this term &a

Will a negro boy of Isaac Marshall is adjudged by the Court here to be of the age of Eight Years this
term &a

London a negro Boy of William Duett is adjudged by the Court to be of the age of Fourteen Years
this term &a

now in Court Sitting the humble petition of Tarle Gillemore aged 63
years of age and almost not able to gett my Living and not able to make
bread for my selfe and wife and have made noe Corn this Sumer which I have been Taxfree
for this 7 Years that is part through Sickness and Inability of Labour which I desire your
worships to take it in Consideration for I have not One Creature in the world which Your
humble petitioner shall be bound in duty forever pray

                The petition afd being read and heard and fully understood &a

    Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd Tarlo Gillamore be for the
future Levey free as by the petition afd is praid &a

Evidences in relation to the bounds of a tract of Land now in your petitioners

It is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the afd Thomas Bowden as by
the petition afd is praid and that John Holland, John Tull John Tingle and Thomas Perkins of Somerset
County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to Law &a
