And the afd Alexander Maddox in his Own proper person Cometh and defendeth the force and
Injury when &a and says that he Cannot gainsay the action afd of the aforesaid John Taylor nor
Cane he Say but that the writing obligatory afd is his deed nor but that he Owes the Same
John Taylor the afd Sixteen hundred pence in manner and form as the afd John Taylor above against
him hath declared   wherefore the Same John Taylor prays Judgm.t for his debt afd and his damages
Sustained by Occasion of the detaining of the same debt to him to be adjudged &a
